Returns

✅ Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
✅ Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition (including tags and packaging).

Refunds

💰 Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
💰 Refunds will be issued in cash, and customers must pick it up at our office within 5 working days.
💰 Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

😞 If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost!

• If you place an order on a weekend day, your delivery may be scheduled for the following weekend.
